Good to know

The living space has an open concept, well furnished with bay and marina views from the window side seating. Large kitchen with a wet bar, stocked with all the essentials needed for preparing meals. There are three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Master bedroom - queen bed and master bath with newly renovated walk-in shower, marina views from the sliding glass door Guest bedroom - queen bed with shared full bath, wake up to an incredible sunrise over the marsh Guest bedroom - 2 twin beds with shared full bath Half bath is located in the living room There are two large decks on the front and back with seating and dining options. Designated covered parking.

House Rules

Our condo is a no-pets property located in a relatively quiet and peaceful community. Many of our neighbors are seniors. Our place is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Parties or large get together are prohibited. The minimum age to rent this unit is 30. Please do not move or rearrange inside furniture.

Other Details to Note

During the peak season (between Memorial and Labor Day) we offer weekly rentals with check-in and check-out on Sundays. During the non-peak season we offer a rental with a minimum of three nights. Linens provided are sheets, pillows, comforters, bath towels and washcloths. Cleaning fee includes: Home cleaning and linens (bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, sheets and bedding, pillows, pillow cases.) All comforters and extra blankets are cleaned between each stay. Salt and Cypress (kitchen and cocktails) is onsite within walking distance.

We loved our long weekend with beautiful views from every deck. Very responsive and proactive host with clear instructions -- near downtown Manteo and also Nags Head. We enjoyed our stay and the pristine care of the home! Highly recommend!

The condo was gorgeous and exactly as described. Often rental pictures make spaces look larger than they are, but that was not the case here! All of the rooms were very spacious with great light and amazing views! The condo was outfitted with everything you need, including very thoughtful finishing touches. The location is walkable to all things Manteo and less than 10 minutes from Nags Head proper. In addition to an amazing condo, Jeremy was super responsive and proactive! We had a car issue at check out completely unrelated to the rental, but be called to offer assistance and check in with us. We already have plans for a full week return trip!

Our entire experience was amazing. The home was exactly how it was described. We were surrounded by water views and marshes. The sight and the sounds of the bay set the tone for a relaxing stay. From the balcony, watching boats in the marina sail by was out of the ordinary. In addition, Mateo’s restaurants, wines’ bars ,its exquisite and historic downtown made it an unforgettable place. This place was great. Very clear instructions how to get there, get in, and a nice book of things to do. I will always appreciate the little extras like garbage bags and dishwasher/washer tabs. Just one less thing to buy and worry about when you only need a couple of them. The place was very nice and clean, well kept. I'd definitely stay again. Very cool town and area

Not finding what you want beachfront? Want your own place but those monster sized rental homes aren’t for you? Then this three bedroom condo is for you. The first thing we noticed, as you will too, is how spacious this condo is. The open concept gave the six of us more than enough space. Bedrooms are a good size. And two full bathrooms definitely is a plus. The fully stocked kitchen and the dining room will make this your home away from home. The two huge decks overlooking the marina and sound as well as the marsh will keep you occupied watching boats and wildlife. Your own designated covered parking with room for two cars and the elevator that takes you literally to the doorstep were two of the best features. The pool was a quick 2 minute walk and was nice and clean. Two of the areas best restaurants are literally steps away- Darrell’s and Stripers. Jeremy and Megan were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions within minutes of sending. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay our family had. The condo was very clean and the community was family friendly and quiet. Jeremy was extremely responsive and helpful! Stripers also had great food. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to vacay that is a hop skip and a jump from the hustle and bustle of the beach.
